How To Make A Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing with the details of your complaint.

Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Property address (if applicable)
  • Details of your complaint
  • Any supporting documents or evidence
  • How you would like the issue resolved

Complaint Handling Procedure

Stage 1 – Initial Review

Once we receive your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days
  • Review the issue internally
  • Contact you if further information is required

We aim to provide a full written response within 15 working days.

Stage 2 – Senior Management Review

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our initial response, you may request that the complaint be reviewed by senior management.

A further review will be carried out and a final written response will normally be issued within 15 working days.

Independent Redress Scheme

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, or more than 8 weeks have passed since the complaint was first raised, you may refer the matter to the appropriate independent redress scheme.

Further details of the relevant redress scheme and complaint escalation process can be provided upon request.

Record Keeping

We maintain records of all complaints received and handled in accordance with data protection regulations and internal compliance procedures.
